Configuring your Server

Configuring Roon as Server

Once Roon is installed with the option Roon Server and the Roon app is installed on your tablet, please follow the steps below to configure Roon on the innuOS Server:

1. Choose your server on the Roon App

2. If you don't have a Roon account yet, please sign up first. During the sign up process you'll be able to activate a free 14-day trial or using a Roon promotional code. Once you have signed up, please insert you username and password.

3. innuOS pre-configures the internal storage automatically for you so just click next on this step.

4. Once logged into Roon, you will need to configure your Audio Devices. Click on Manage Audio Devices at the bottom of the screen.

5. If your server is connected to your Digital to Analog Converter or Digital Amplifier, you will find it on the "Connected to Core" section. You can also enable other network devices that you wish to play music via Roon, such as Sonos.

6. Configure the relevant properties of your Audio device then save settings

7. Type a name to your zone and just touch outside the window to return to the main screen

8. Click the "Select an Audio Zone" button at the bottom of the screen and select the audio device you want to play to.

9. Roon is now ready to play your music!
