Returns

At Innuos, we aim for our customers to be completely happy with any purchase they make from us. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you are having any problems or need assistance.

We provide a 30 days love it or return it guarantee. It’s a period for you to evaluate our system as well as third party accessories and ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you decide to return the product to us, it must be in a re-saleable condition, with no scratches or damage whatsoever. For music and media servers, in order to avoid abuse, we can only provide a full refund when using the server with less than 30 discs.

Please make sure you keep all the original packaging, including outer package and padding, if you need to return it to us. Please return your product with all included such as cables, power supplies, etc. You will be liable for any damage on returned items which have been badly packaged.

For UK and Portugal based customers, we can set up a 24h courier to pick the delivery from you at a cost of £8.95 + VAT or you can arrange your own shipping.

If your system is defective on the initial 30 days period, we will either repair or send a new unit. For UK and Portugal based customers, we will pick up the defective system for free.

Contact us prior to returning any systems so we can provide you with a RMA number and a delivery address to post your goods.
